Re-Imagining Onboarding
This project studied Onboarding as an organizational function. Through the study the team understood the present role that Onboarding plays within an organizational system. It inspected its leadership and management qualities. We also studied the interdependent variables and influence of Onboarding as a function on Business Systems and Organization Functionality. The team assessed and strategized whether the function needs to be changed, removed, replaced, improved or supplemented to stay relevant and true to its original intent in the current time.
