Our Story

How long will the rat race exist in India?
An artist, a storyteller and a cool-hunter came together to work as a unique coalition of experts who study school ecosystems and supplement their curriculum's with unique tools and services.

Pedagogy
Tools
To promote more self initiatives in children, facilitators were provided tools to enable the child to publish a daily reflective report that doesn’t just allow students to be introspective but also the facilitators to be conscious of their development.
Modular
Time-Table
We aimed to break the norm of a time-table from being fixed to something modular. By fixing the visiting hours of faculties present within premises we enabled students to be decision makers of how to divide their time based on their personal choices.
WHY ?
During the Academic term. A year long tie-up.
We want to change the pedagogy within the Indian education system and make it value-focused rather than number-focused
WHEN ?
HOW ?
Using behavioral/
psychological/academic experts on contractual basis
Self-Sustaining Ecosystems
We designed a self sustaining ecosystem within school premises where the children were the drivers and not simply consumers of the space.
Vision
Alignment
Certain schools have had issues in translating their ideology to probable consumers. We identified this and re-aligned their communication channels to their root ideology.
Panel Introduction
We identified the rising disinterest of students in academics and inferred that there was a need for personal counsel. So we helped the board to set up a counsel panel for the students.
