How might we rebuild the relationship between the urban citizen and nature?

This project studied Urban Eco-Illiteracy as a phenomenon of Climate Change. It dived into understanding the various complex problem areas inhibiting urban citizen awareness and inducing a sense of helplessness towards protecting the planet . The project arrived at two key solutions which was Awareness + Action oriented to help Urban Citizens feel accountable and discover their harmonious relationship with nature

TREND AND FUTURE FORECASTING

How do we map today's trends to arrive at tomorrow's innovations?

This project focused on studying the critical trends that had emerged in 2021 in the middle of the pandemic. Using various forecasting tools on Microsoft Excel we mapped and developed the strategic pathway to the most possible future scenario's of 2035. In this project we discovered the trajectory of health care development and how it would lead to personalized medial experiences in the future - like exoskeletal bed esigns.

ORGANIZATIONAL FUNCTIONS AND LEADERSHIP RE-DESIGN

How might we improve the entire virtual onboarding experience for virtual employees?

This project focused on studying and re-designing the virtual onboarding function into a more streamlined and functional experience. We discovered the various digital hindrances due to the pandemic that was inhibiting the onboarding experience for new employees. We then tried to create a new function titled "Transit" to add between the recruitment and joining experience in the employee lifecycle. This was tested with design employees and industrial employees to check feasibility through simulations.

What are we turning to, for hope in the pandemic?

Through a study of emerging trends in technology, we attempted to create a Virtual Reality (VR)-oriented intervention for mental well-being. We explored the methods that people follow to resolve issues of stress, and discovered play as an approach. Our solution DHI translated into a VR Game Experience that worked
on Biofeedback. The experience hope to make one conscious of their physical response to stress, give them the power to develop control over it, and reinforce mental resilience.
