I am a UX Researcher and Service Strategist aiming to work at nodal junctions of interdisciplinary thinking and design. I have an academic background in Visual Communication, Service and Strategic Design Management. 

I am passionate about problem solving through systemic thinking, experience and behavior design. I aim to bridge the Expectation versus Experience gaps today through ecological, pragmatic, sensitive and future-conscious  design and strategy.

I am of Indian origin and have lived in Europe and the Middle East. I am currently based in Milan.
